Until now, the Tällberg Foundation has used the firm Tällberg Advisors as its service provider and strategic partner. As of January 2009, the whole Tällberg team will be employed by the Tällberg Foundation.

The Tällberg Foundation is a process, not an institution. Since 1981 and since the first Forum in 2005, ours is a story of growth, working “in the interest of the whole", opening up new ideas for people who want to re-think and re-work their worlds. In 2009 and beyond, we will continue to develop our “outside the box” perspectives and ideas and maintain our leadership as a convenor, a pre-actor and interactor.

As we continue to grow (by demand and by our own creative force), there is a need to adapt our structure to the vision and mission. Our organization will now operate as one body - the Tällberg Foundation. Until now, the Tällberg Foundation has not had its own resources, but has used the firm Tällberg Advisors as its service provider and strategic partner. As of January 2009, the whole Tällberg team will now be employed by the Tällberg Foundation (through its wholly owned subsidiary the Tällberg Foundation Service AB).

The year 2009 will be a year of great challenges, and for us, this means new responsibilities to help leaders gain new insights.

We would like to take this opportunity to wish all of you a happy holiday and all the best for the coming year.
