We mourn the passing of President Vaclav Havel of the Czech Republic.
His life and his work has been an inspiration to us and to many friends of the Tällberg Foundation. He sent a video message to the participants of the Tällberg Forum 2006, his own powerful and wise answer to the perennial Tällberg Forum question ‘How on earth can we live together?’. In it, he says: ”I am of the belief that the most important thing is to put an end to mankind’s arrogance towards the universe, nature, the earth, as well as the arrogance of power.”
