Can we agree?
Improving global governance of climate change

Track 2: The global governance of climate change

Without a stronger global governance system, will we achieve the rapid multilateral action needed to stabilise greenhouse gases at levels that avoid dangerous climate change?

Much is happening, from political processes such as Kyoto and the IPCC, the G8+5, EU initiatives and actions by cities, states, and national governments, to alliances between global corporations and civil society action groups. But can they deliver in time? Can we agree to govern in the interest of the whole?
