Tällberg Foundation gains renewed confidence from the Swedish Postcode Lottery

When the Swedish Postcode Lottery published this year's donations, the Tällberg Foundation is once again pleased to be one of the beneficiaries. The Foundation receives 10 million Swedish Crowns to continue supporting decision makers navigate local and global challenges.

“We are constantly seeking the new questions that are not yet receiving attention. Continued support is therefore important to further develop our work and organization”, says Bo Ekman, founder and chairman of the Tällberg Foundation. “This contribution means a great deal for a small non-profit organization like us. Many of our activities are directly supported in this way, especially the recurring global meeting Tällberg Forum and the distribution of Tällberg Foundation Leadership Award.”

“By supporting the Tällberg Foundation, we are participating and contributing to the discussion of knowledge and experience in a global context. The Tällberg Forum discusses new approaches and horizons, seeing the long-term connections that are rarely part of today's fast-paced debate, says Postcode Lottery Charity Director, Stina Götbrink.

The heart of the Foundation Tällberg Foundation's activities is the annual global meeting Tällberg Forum which brings together some 300 decision makers from around the world to discuss how our increasingly globalized world affects us. Besides the Tällberg Forum, the Foundation organizes workshops, learning programs, global studies and advisory projects.

This year's Tällberg Forum is taking place in the village of Tällberg in Dalarna on 13-15 June. The theme for this year is "The World at a crossroads: Making sense of globalization". Researchers, business leaders, authors, artists, leaders from civil society and of course economists and politicians, from different parts of the world will participate. It will be the ninth annual Forum since 2005 and the 33rd consecutive year that the Tällberg Foundation brings together global leaders from different sectors of society around the world.

This year, the Swedish Postcode Lottery donates a total of SEK 1 009 449 674, to the beneficiaries.
